Contracts Co-ordinator

Description

Procurement:

Receiving quotations from the Contracts Manager:

– Save to drive

– Type up purchase Order and allocate new PO number

– Submit to Contract Manager for signature (at times to MD for approval)

– Keep hard copy and electronic filing system

Document Control:

– Maintain electronic and paper copy document Control System

– Issuing of all Jacobs Matasis correspondence via Group Technology Document Control

– Issuing of Monthly Contract Deliverables, Early Warnings and Compensation Events

Qualifications

Minimum/Desired Qualification: Matric

Minimum/Desired Experience:

1. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

2. Take minutes at Managerial meetings

3. Good/strong administration skills

4. Procurement background and document control

5. Must be professional with good communication skills

6. Attention to detail – extremely important
